The morning was spent on the promenade at Ocean Grove looking down on everyone on the beach. With the ocean winds cooling us the temperature was perfect. We met Ian and Kay at the Dunes Cafe at 12.30 as we had prearranged.
Ian and Kay then leading the cycle ride for us back to their home and the views on the way were breathtaking. I have a feeling that progress with the cycling from now on will be slow as the beaches and scenery are really the best.
"We are going beach boarding at four o'clock" said Ian "do you fancy coming along" . So we hit the beach and Catherine was all for dashing in and trying the body boarding and wins today's browny points. Tony decided to check it out first, but wished he had taken his trunks as it was a superb gentle shelving beach. I think we must spend more time with sand between our toes as every beach we see is spectacular. I have spent four weeks looking at lovely beaches perhaps now I should risk actually get wet!

Photo 4 - this is JJ, we just couldn't resist taking his photo as we left our hosts home this morning in Ocean Grove.
