Friday 24th January - A day around Picton

Today we decided to have a restful day here in Picton.  The camp site is excellent with superb facilities so a second night here sounds just the ticket.  The weather today is glorious and after a slow breakfast  and a bit of washing we decided a stroll along Bobs Track to Bobs Beach and then on to The Snout would be good to stretch our legs. 

We were rewarded with some excellent views over Picton and Queen Charlotte Sound. 

Our plan is to begin our cycling over towards the West coast tomorrow.  It should be a cooler day tomorrow although high winds are also forecast, let's hope they are more behind us than infront.
